ONE TO ONE YOGA

One to one yoga is for anyone who wants to spend some time learning and exploring there own practice to meet their needs. To date I've seen people from all walks of life with all different needs, including:

  • Beginners

  • Preparing for an event

  • Recovering from injury

  • Prefer the bespoke nature of a 1-2-1

  • Suffering from anxiety/depression

  • Learning how to manage a long term condition 

  •  Suffering from a mobility issue would prefer a bespoke guidance for a specific need
