ONE TO ONE YOG

One to one yoga is suitable for anyone who wants to spend some time learning and exploring their own practice; to build on current practice;  for specific need or would like some extra tuition before going a group class. The beauty of a one to one is that it give more opportunity to ask questions, break down postures and receive explicit alignment instructions. To date I've seen people from all walks of life with all different needs, including:

  • Beginners

  • Preparing for an event

  • Recovering from injury

  • Prefer the bespoke nature of a 1-2-1

  • Suffering from anxiety/depression

  • Learning how to manage a long term condition such as Osteoporosis 

  • Suffering from bereavement 

  •  Suffering from a mobility issue would prefer a bespoke guidance for a specific need

INVESTMENT: £40 for a single session, discount given for block bookings.

 

TWO TO ONE YOGA

I also offer 2 to 1 so if you would prefer to come with a friend or partner...perhaps you just want to do something together or you both have areas to work on...whatever the reason...!

 

INVESTMENT: £60  (or £30 each) for a single session, discount given for block bookings.
