My yoga philosophy is to empower people to help themselves through the art of breath, movement, meditation and mindfulness. This starts with a mind and body connection and is an integral theme throughout every yoga class I teach. 

The intention of my classes is to improve general well-being, by means of improving strength, flexibility, mobility and stillness of mind. In addition, promoting self exploration, body/mind awareness and healing - whether that be physical, mental, spiritual or emotional.

Also as a fitness enthusiast I strongly advocate yoga as an integral part of any training program and to prepare for and recover from any sporting events 

Classes are delivered with intention and focus, with a dash of humour,  in a relaxed, safe manner. 

All abilities are welcome and adjustments/progressions are offered.
