Practising yoga from the comfort of your own home with the ability to be corrected and have variety within your sessions. The session taking place online via ZOOM include:

Strong and Yoga Flow
Strong yoga is a Vinyasa based class, moving mindfully and functionally, linking movement with breath, flowing continuously from one posture smoothly into the next. Be prepared to work hard and even sweat a little. In Yoga Flow the principle is the same....just a little slower...
Classes are suitable for beginners to intermediate/experienced. Adaptions are offered throughout class so you can work to your bodies ability.

Slow Flow
A slow flow and stretch class suitable for all abilities; absolute beginners of any age; and the yogi who wants to move well but who needs to take it just a little slower.

Relax and Renew Gentle Yoga
This is a gentle class for all abilities, suitable for beginners of any age; the more senior yogi; anyone who needs to work of mobility/recovery and needs to take it easy...anyone who needs to give themselves some extra kindness and TLC.
