Yoga Class for all Ages

Relax and Renew

This is a gentle class for all abilities, suitable for beginners of any age; the more senior yogi; anyone who needs to work of mobility/recovery and needs to take it easy...anyone who needs to give themselves some extra kindness and TLC.

Restore and reset

A slow flow and stretch class suitable for all abilities; absolute beginners of any age; and the yogi who wants to move well but who needs to take it just a little slower.

Pilates Stretches

Strong and sweaty

A Vinyasa based class, moving mindfully, linking movement with breath, flowing continuously from one posture smoothly into the next. Be prepared to work hard and even sweat a little.
