Deep tissue massage

Deep tissue massage uses slow, firm strokes and pressure to help ease and release tension deep in your muscles. Commonly used to treat chronic aches and pains and tension in the neck, back and shoulders, deep tissue massage is an intense but effective treatment.

Aromatherapy massage 

During a massage, essential oils are added to a carrier oil to dilute the mixture and massaged into the skin. An aromatherapy massage usually lasts between one hour and 90 minutes. The oils used will be tailored to suit your specific requirements.

Hot stone massage

A deeply therapeutic treatment and experience which involves the use of carefully heated basalt stones. Balsalt stones are formed from volcanic rock, are beautifully smooth and glide over the body with the help of a little oil. They warm the muscles, making them much more pliable and are said to work the tissue much deeper than a conventional massage. In addition to using the stones as a massage tool, the stones may be placed on or under the body for a short period in order to aid relaxation and restore balance.
